Tottenham trio move south
Sean Davis signed up to Harry Redknapp's Portsmouth revolution yesterday after describing his final months at Tottenham as a "nightmare".
Davis is expected to make his Portsmouth debut against Everton tomorrow alongside Pedro Mendes and Noe Pamarot, who also switched from White Hart Lane in a deal worth around £7 million for the three of them.
Wembley in cement row
Multiplex used an unsuitable form of concrete in the foundations for the signature arch of the new Wembley Stadium, significantly contributing to the delays surrounding the project's delivery, it has been alleged in court documents.
The claim is made in the amended defence and counterclaim lodged with the technology and construction court by former sub-contractor Cleveland Bridge UK Ltd. The two companies are involved in a £50 million-plus lawsuit that will go to the high court in April.
