Arsenal and Chelsea have each been fined £100,000 and reprimanded by the English FA for their part in the Carling Cup final melee.
Players and officials from both sides became involved in a mass confrontation towards the end of the Carling Cup final.
The clubs were charged with failing to ensure that their players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative and/or violent behaviour.
Both clubs admitted the charge - and have been punished following an FA disciplinary commission hearing.
Meanwhile the FA have confirmed Wembley will host this year's FA Cup final.
Brent Council have given the stadium a general safety certificate, following the successful completion of two test events - a community day and last Saturday's Under-21 between England v Italy.
The certificate means that Wembley can now host events with up to 90,000 spectators - after the two 'ramp-up' games were attended by around 34,000 and 56,000 fans respectively.
FA chief executive Brian Barwick said: "I'm happy to confirm that the 2007 FA Cup final, sponsored by E.ON, will be played at Wembley Stadium."
