Europea League - Vllaznia 1 Sligo 1 (Vllaznia win 3-2 on aggregate):Brave Sligo Rovers slipped out of the Europa League at the first qualifying round stage in Albania tonight despite forcing a gutsy 1-1 draw against Vllaznia.

Trailing 2-1 from last week’s first leg in Ireland, the visitors fell further behind when Ndricim Shtubina scored for Vllaznia two minutes before the break.

But Vioresin Sinani’s 79th minute sending-off prompted a late rally by the visitors, who reduced the aggregate deficit through Alan Keane five minutes from time.

Despite late chances for Keane and Danny Ventre to force extra-time, Vllaznia held on for a narrow aggregate win. Conor O’Grady was dismissed deep into injury time.

Elsewhere John Sutton's first-half double sent Motherwell into the second round as they avoided a giant-killing against Welsh minnows Llanelli with a 3-0 victory.

Sutton's second-leg brace and Jamie Murphy's effort ensured there would be no European humiliation as the Scottish Premier League outfit turned around a one goal first-leg deficit to clinch a deserved win at the Parc Y Scarlets.

Motherwell, who will now face Albanian side KS Flamurtari, came through a tricky test as they brushed aside their part-time hosts.

Jimmy Brown's call for his Lisburn Distillery players to improve on their first leg drubbing at the hands of Zestafoni fell on deaf ears as they suffered a heavy defeat in Georgia.

Trailing 5-1 from the first leg in Lurgan a week ago, Lisburn lasted only five minutes before Jaba Dvali struck what would prove to be the first of a hat-trick as the home side ran out 6-0 winners.

Dvali grabbed both his second and third before half-time and Nikoloz Gelashvili scored on the stroke of the interval. An improved second half show by Lisburn ended when Aleks Benashvili struck a late double for an 11-1 aggregate win.

Linfield were defeated 2-0 on the night, 6-0 on aggregate against Randers FC.
