Roddy Collins will not be unveiled as the new Livingston FC general manager tomorrow after he pulled out of the move late this evening.
In a statement released tonight, Collins said: "Having spent the past 24 hours deep in conversation with my wife and immediate family and having given the Livingston offer the attention and thought it deserved, I regret to announce that I will not be taking up the role of general manager at Livingston FC.
"My priority is the well being of my family and that necessitates me remaining in Dublin at this moment in time. I wish Pearse Flynn (Livingston chairman) and Livingston the very best for the future and who knows, our paths may cross again."
The former Bohemians and Carlisle United manager was to be unveiled tomorrow afternoon at the Clarion Hotel at Dublin Airport by Irish entrepreneur Anthony McMullen, who recently bought a 50 per cent stake in the Scottish First Division side from Flynn.
