Chelsea 2-1 Arsenal:   Didier Drogba struck twice as Chelsea came from behind to beat Arsenal 2-1 at Stamford Bridge and keep alive their hopes of catching Barclays Premier League leaders Manchester United.

Bacary Sagna, who later went off injured, headed the Gunners in front from a near-post corner on the hour.

However, Drogba netted twice in eight minutes to turn the game around and move the Blues above Arsenal into second place, but still five points behind United - who have yet to come to Stamford Bridge.

Drogba admitted his side's victory over Arsenal has given them the "belief" that they can catch United.

Talking about his two goals, Drogba told Sky Sports 1: "I think they give the belief we can still be in the race against Manchester United.

"Arsenal are not dead even though they lost this game. Although it is going to be difficult for them and their confidence will be hit.

"We played well today, it is always difficult against Arsenal. But we are strong and I think we deserved the win today."
