Paul Doolin's side have gone from strength to strength since that 2-0 win over Cork City, adding the Setanta Sports Cup to the trophy cabinet while also setting the pace in the eircom League Premier Division.

That said, the Co Louth side will need to be wary of a Limerick side who have made a bright start to their own league campaign, sitting as they do level on points with Shamrock Rovers at the top of the First Division.

Rovers, in turn, were drawn away to Mayo junior side Castlebar Celtic.   Gavin Dykes, the Castlebar manager, said his side "couldn't have asked for a better tie".

Damien Richardson's Cork face a tough test away to 2003 and 2004 winners Longford Town while Derry City will visit either Blarney or College Corinthians.

Pat Fenlon's Shelbourne are away to either Bangor Celtic or Athenry while St Patrick's Athletic will look to maintain their impressive early season form against Malahide United at Gannon Park.

Bohemians host Waterford Crystal while UCD travel to Kilkenny and Bray Wanderers host Kildare County
