Derry City have tonight confirmed Pat Fenlon as the new first team manager and will replace Stephen Kenny on a three-year contract.
Derry chief executive Jim Roddy said: "Pat has a wealth of eircom League experience and the chairman and board of Derry City Football Club are delighted to have appointed a manager of such calibre".
Fenlon said: "Derry City are a highly successful and ambitious club and I'm really looking forward to working with the players and everyone at the club."
The club will hold a press conference in Derry next Tuesday (12th) when further details will be announced.
