Former Shelbourne winger Wes Hoolahan has joined Blackpool on a season's loan from Scottish side Livingston.
The Dubliner moved to Scotland from Shelbourne in January but despite a number of impressive displays could not save the club from relegation.
He has been on trial with the League One side for the last week and was yesterday offered a loan deal by manager Simon Grayson.
Grayson is said to be particularly impressed with Hoolahan's performances in recent friendly games on the club's three-day tour of Latvia.
Blackpool open their league campaign away to Brentford in a fortnight but Hoolahan can impress ahead of that date in friendies against Lancaster, Chester and Accrington Stanley over the coming week.
