Martin O’Neill will announce his squad for Ireland’s Euro 2016 play-off against Bosnia and Herzegovina at midday on Wednesday.

Ireland play Bosnia in Zenica on Friday November 13th before welcoming Mehmed Baždarevic’s side to Dublin on November 16th.

At stake over the two legs is a place as next summer’s European Championships in France, after Ireland’s Group D 2-1 defeat to Poland in Warsaw consigned them to third place and a play-off spot.

Bosnia, whose first appearance at a major tournament came in last year’s World Cup in Brazil, finished in third spot in qualification Group B behind Belgium and Wales.
