Sunderland boss Roy Keane says recent stories circulating about him being unhappy with life at the club are "just nonsense". It was rumoured that Keane had walked out on Sunderland after becoming annoyed at the way he and his team were booed following their Carling Cup exit midweek.
But the former Manchester United midfielder says he is enjoying managing at the Stadium of Light and that he has no plans to leave the club.
Speaking after he watched his side beat Blackburn 2-1 on Saturday at Ewood Park, Keane said: "Honestly I have been in football a long, long time and particularly since I have gone to Sunderland there seems to be a story every week about something.
"Where do the stories come from? I honestly haven't got a clue. It is just crazy.
"The answer is obviously no. I am very happy and obviously even happier when we win football matches.
"But these stories that I am not happy or that I am resigning is just nonsense."
