Soccer:Ipswich manager Roy Keane refused to accept luck played a part as his Ipswich side let slip a two-goal lead at Sheffield United.
The Blades claimed a 3-3 draw at Bramall Lane thanks to Chris Morgan's injury-time equaliser as Ipswich were denied their first win of the season.
The visitors looked to be heading for their first win of the campaign after goals from John Walters, Grant Leadbitter and Gareth McCauley cancelled out an early Darius Henderson opener.
But the Blades fought back with Henderson's second and finally in the dying minutes Morgan scrambled the ball home for United leaving the Tractor Boys bottom of the table.
Keane said: "It was close but not close enough but it's got nothing to do with luck," he said.
"We were 3-1 up and should have seen the game out but it was two bad goals to concede. We gave the ball away cheaply and gave it away.
"Does it feel like a defeat? Probably not because we've scored three goals away from home but there was a spell in the second half where we were wanting one or two players to see the game through but nobody did tonight.
"It's very disappointing."
