Floyd Landis regained the yellow jersey on the penultimate stage of the Tour de France after a thrilling time trial at Montceau-les-Mines.
Landis, who started the stage in third place overall, comfortably wiped out his 30 second deficit to leader Oscar Pereiro by finishing third in the stage.
The 57km stage was won by time trial specialist Serhiy Honchar, who was 41 seconds ahead of second-placed Andreas Kloden, who moved into third place overall with his performance.
Pereiro was fourth fastest in the trial, and will start Sunday's finale 59 seconds behind Landis.
