First Division side Limerick have parted company with manager Noel O'Connor by mutual consent.
O'Connor's departure could not have come at a more critical time as Limerick are busy preparing for Saturday's crucial FAI Carlsberg Cup match with UCD at Belfield Park.
O'Connor, who was in his second spell at the club, cited work commitments for his decision.
Having made a blistering start to their season, the wheels have now come off Limerick's title drive in spectacular fashion.
