Rangers forward Peter Lovenkrands has told Portsmouth he is not interested in joining them.
The Denmark international has been the subject of Fratton Park interest, according to the player's agent, Ivan Benes.
Lovenkrands' contract at Ibrox ends in the summer and he rejected a new deal with the club earlier this season. But the 25-year-old, who has scored nine goals in his last six appearances, is content to sit back and consider his options.
“Peter has known about Portsmouth's interest for a while," said Benes.
“They tried to get him last summer and came back to us last month, but Peter's position hasn't changed.
“He has to consider his options because he is out of contract at the end of the season, but he has made it clear that he wasn't really interested in going to Portsmouth.”
