National League Premier Division/UCD 3 Sligo Rovers 0: An early goal from Alan McNally and a brace from Pat McWalter were enough to help UCD put an end to their recent losing streak.

Central defender Alan McNally headed home early in the game when he found the back of the net afer just three minutes.

McWalter extended UCD's lead in the 28th minute and settled the game with a second goal in the second half.

As if losing 3-0 weren't bad enough for Sligo Rovers they were forced to play the last 30 minutes of the game with just 10 men when Darren Mansaram was shown a straight red card after a brutal tackle on Conor Kenna.
