Arsenal (1) v Man Utd (2)Arsenal will head into their top-of-the-table clash with a near full-strength squad. Only striker Robin van Persie (knee) and defender Philippe Senderos (back) are unavailable but Croatia striker Eduardo and goalkeeper Jens Lehmann are looking for recalls. Louis Saha and Michael Carrick both return to United's squad after respective knee and elbow problems. Skipper Gary Neville will not be risked and joins long-term casualties Mikael Silvestre, Park Ji-sung, Paul Scholes and Ben Foster on the sidelines.
Aston Villa (10) v Derby (20)
Goalkeeper Scott Carson and midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker both return after suspension and are in line to replace Stuart Taylor and Stiliyan Petrov. Striker John Carew, who has missed the last five matches with a knee ligament injury, is still a slight doubt.
Derby striker Kenny Miller (hamstring) is a major doubt while defender Andy Todd is still some way from a first-team return with back and hamstring problems. Several players have made a full recovery from a bout of flu which swept through the squad last week.
Blackburn (5) v Liverpool (6)
David Bentley (shin) and Aaron Mokoena (leg) are both expected to be included in the squad. However, Rovers are still without Robbie Savage, Steven Reid and Jason Roberts.
Fabio Aurelio, Alvaro Arbeloa and Javier Mascherano all came through the midweek Carling Cup victory over Cardiff after injury and are included in the squad. Fernando Torres (thigh), Daniel Agger (metatarsal) and Xabi Alonso (metatarsal) are all out but Harry Kewell could be recalled after a long lay-off.
Everton (9) v Birmingham (13)
Everton are likely to again be without full-back Leighton Baines (ankle) and midfielder Mikel Arteta (calf) is also doubtful. James Vaughan (shoulder) returned against Luton in midweek while Phil Neville and Tony Hibbert, suspended for the win at Derby, will be back in the squad.
Striker Mikael Forssell (hernia) and midfielder Johan Djourou (hamstring) return after injury while Honduras international Wilson Palacios travels with the squad despite the kidnap of his 15-year-old brother in his homeland this week.
Fulham (14) v Reading (12)
Young defenders Adrian Leijer and Nathan Ashton could be in line to make their Fulham debuts. Manager Lawrie Sanchez is without the suspended duo of Carlos Bocanegra and Paul Konchesky. Chris Baird, Moritz Volz (shoulder and groin), Phillipe Cristanval (knee), Kasey Keller (bicep), Lee Cook (knee) and Ian Pearce (ankle) are all unavailable through injury.
Royals winger John Oster (ankle) and Kalifa Cisse (knee) are expected back in training within days. Winger Glen Little (Achilles) remains the only long-term absentee and is months away from a comeback.
Middlesbrough (17) v Tottenham (18)
Striker Mido (groin) will not face his former club Tottenham while Emanuel Pogatetz continues his recovery from a double knee operation. Julio Arca (knee) and Robert Huth (ankle) are still some way off a first team return.
Anthony Gardner's ankle injury rules him out for up to six weeks while Ledley King (knee) is in the final stages of rehabilitation. Ricardo Rocha (ankle) is out, while Gareth Bale (foot) and Benoit Assou-Ekotto (ankle) have returned to training.
Newcastle (8) v Portsmouth (7)
Mark Viduka remains out with a calf problem but defender Abdoulaye Faye is fit after being taken ill during the 2-1 defeat at Reading last weekend. Stephen Carr (hamstring) and Damien Duff (ankle) are still out.
Midfielder Sulley Muntari (hamstring) and left-back Hermann Hreidarsson (groin) look certain to miss out which means another chance for Pedro Mendes and a recall for Matt Taylor. Midfielder Richard Hughes is available after a three-match suspension.
Wigan (16) v Chelsea (4)
Wigan manager Chris Hutchings has seen Mario Melchiot, Denny Landzaat, Antonio Valencia and Antoine Sibierski all return from injury. England striker Emile Heskey (fractured metatarsal) is out, forward Marcus Bent (stomach bug) is doubtful but midfielder Michael Brown has recovered from a thigh strain.
Chelsea will wait on the fitness of full-back Paulo Ferreira (ankle) but Wayne Bridge is back from suspension. The Blues are without captain John Terry (knee), Ashley Cole (ankle) and Michael Ballack (ankle).

West Ham (11) v Bolton (19)
West Ham are hopeful midfielders Hayden Mullins (knee) and Mark Noble (groin) will recover, and they welcome striker Henri Camara and midfielder Nolberto Solano after they were cup-tied for the midweek win at Coventry, which also saw defender Anton Ferdinand limp off with a hamstring problem. Dean Ashton (knee), Craig Bellamy (abdominal strain), Kieron Dyer (broken leg), Scott Parker (knee), Freddie Ljungberg (calf), Bobby Zamora (knee), Julien Faubert (ruptured Achilles), Calum Davenport (groin), James Collins (calf) and Nigel Quashie (toe) are all out.
Bolton's leading scorer Nicolas Anelka has failed to recover from a hamstring strain after missing the Carling Cup defeat to Manchester City with the same injury. Joey O'Brien (hamstring) is a doubt, while Kevin Davies (hip) and Andy O'Brien (back) are also struggling.

Man City (3) v Sunderland (15)
Micah Richards will almost certainly rest his bruised knee sustained in the midweek Carling Cup victory over Bolton but winger Martin Petrov is available again after a toe injury. Goalkeepers Andreas Isaksson and Joe Hart contest a place in the starting line-up.
Paul McShane and Greg Halford are suspended so 18-year-old full-back Michael Kay could be included while midfielder Graham Kavanagh is back in contention after a loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday. Kenwyne Jones has recovered from a calf problem and Dwight Yorke (calf) and Roy O'Donovan (ankle) are rated at 50-50.
