World Rankings: The Republic of Ireland are unmoved in the latest FIFA World Rankings released today.
The managerless Republic and currently ranked 35th in the world, three places behind Northern Ireland, who are also unchanged in 32nd.
Argentina will end 2007 as the world's best-ranked team, with Brazil second and current World Cup holders Italy in third place.
England are 12th, while Scotland are in 14th place, with Wales having climbed a spot up to 57th.
Elsewhere, Colombia are up 17 to 17th, Bulgaria jumped 25 places to 18th and Mozambique were labelled 'Best Mover of the Year' by FIFA's website for finishing in 75th - a climb of 53 places.
