Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has seen his fortune grow by more than £3billion in the last year. Abramovich, whose wealth has helped Chelsea win the Barclays Premiership title for the last two years, is now worth almost £11billion, according to the Sunday TimesRich List 2006-07.
The latest edition of the who's who of the rich and richer claims the Russian tycoon has amassed an estimated £10.8billion, up from £7.5billion in the 2005-06 edition.
Despite his enormous wealth, the Stamford Bridge supremo is only second in the list - behind steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal, worth an estimated £13.2 billion.

Former England captain David Beckham, now with Real Madrid, and his wife Victoria, have a combined wealth of £87million.
Their title as wealthiest footballer and partner could be threatened in the future by Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney and Coleen McLoughlin. The couple have seen their wealth rise from £6million to £20million.
