League of Ireland:Bohemians maintained their three point lead of Shamrock Rovers after wins for both sides in the Premier Division this evening.

Bohs travelled to Cork City where Kilian Brennan's goal on the hour took the wind out of the Leesiders’ sails after their dramatic High Court reprieve this week.

They remain third, nine adrift of the leaders and six behind Rovers, who once again had Gary Twigg to thank for another three points.

The striker found the net nine minutes from time to secure a 1-0 win at Drogheda, who missed the chance to jump ahead of Sligo Rovers and remain ninth, two ahead of bottom side bray Wanderers.
