Roque Santa Cruz's early strike was enough to give Mark Hughes' men a narrow advantage to take back to Ewood Park.

The Finnish side battled bravely against their Premier League opponents, but Rovers proved too strong for the minnows.

And Hughes will be confident his troops can finish the job off in a fortnight's time, to go into the draw for the first round proper.
