Eircom League Round-up: Shelbourne grabbed a late equaliser to share the spoils with St Patrick's Athletic in the Dublin derby this evening.

The hosts took the lead after just three minutes through Mark Rutherford before Trevor Molloy added a second 15 minutes later. Jason Byrne gave Shels hope at the start of the second half then Colin Hawkins secured a point seven minutes from time.

Glen Fitzpatrick sealed all three points for Drogheda United by scoring the only goal of the game at Dalymount Park against Dublin City.

Elsewhere UCD recored their first win (1-0) against Waterford United, Cork City beat Bohemians by the same margin while Derry City defeated off Sligo Rovers 3-1.
