The 22-year-old has struggled since his move from Brazilian side Corinthians and has been linked with a move away from Upton Park.

A move to Boca Juniors, where he started his career, was touted but Tevez rejected the notion in an interview with Argentinian station Radio Mitre.

"I've been here in Europe for just three or four months," he said. "For my pride, I will go on fighting, despite not playing two or three matches.
