The Football Association have charged Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and West Ham boss Alan Pardew with improper conduct following their touchline clash at Upton Park on Sunday.
The two clashed after Marlon Harewood's last-minute winner for the Hammers sparked an exuberant celebration from Pardew that saw him encroach on Wenger's technical area.
The pair exchanged angry words and Wenger at one stage appeared to push Pardew back towards his own dug-out,
After the final whistle Wenger refused to shake hands with the West Ham manager and left without speaking to the press.
Pardew has since apologised, with the League Managers' Association set to attempt mediation between the two.
The FA said both managers have until November 23rd to respond.
