FK Zeta have apologised to Rangers for the racist abuse DaMarcus Beasley and Jean-Claude Darcheville endured in Montenegro.

The offensive chanting towards American winger Beasley and French striker Darcheville could result in Uefa taking strong action against Zeta.

Zeta director Valdo Sisevic told The Sun: "I'd like to apologise to Rangers Football Club for what happened."

However he also claimed: "The problem with racism is not a major incident.  These are the actions of a few individuals and is nothing to do with the football club."
