Druids Glen is to be the venue for the annual St Joseph's Boys FC golf classic. The club have just announced plans to build a new £1 million facility at their fine set-up in Sallynoggin and are hoping the golf classic will help them to raise much needed finance to help fund their new developments.

St Joseph's Boys - who won the FAI and Leinster Youths' Cups this season and who will celebrate their 50th anniversary in 2003 - will stage their golf classic Monday, July 16th over the former Irish Open venue.
