Scottish League: Celtic's manager Gordon Strachan is considering an appeal against an impending two-match touchline ban after being sent to the stand during Sunday's defeat to Hearts at Tynecastle.

Strachan, who has not served such a ban as a manager and was sent off only once in 848 senior playing appearances, is believed to have been unhappy over the circumstances of his dismissal after an altercation with the Hearts assistant manager John McGlynn.

Strachan has until Wednesday to submit an appeal to the Scottish FA and his case would be heard at its disciplinary panel's next meeting on September 19th.

Mo Camara is likely to be the latest player to depart Parkhead, with the former Wolves full back currently in transfer talks with Derby County.
