Sullivan Upper reached the last four of the Ulster Schools' Cup for the first time as the first competitive match was played on the island of Ireland since the foot-and-mouth crisis began in Holywood, Co Down.
The game was played behind closed doors on the direction of the Ulster Branch with the IRFU's permission.
Sullivan scored three cracking tries, courtesy of Michael Glover, Nathan Craig and Richard Willis, and then, after putting up a stonewall defence in the last 15 minutes, emerged as shock winners. They will now face RBAI in Tuesday's semi-final. Meanwhile, the Ulster Branch are to open up the Ravenhill semi-finals to all supporters, chief executive Michael Reid confirmed.
Hot favourites Methodist College face their Belfast rivals Campbell College on Monday. The date for the final, which is usually played on St Patrick's Day, has yet to be decided, but it is hoped to fit it in by the end of the month.
