Cork City 1 Crusaders 0:An 88th-minute goal from substitute Danny Morrissey gave Cork City the advantage in their Setanta Sports Cup quarter-final first leg with Crusaders at Turner's Cross last night.

With time almost up and Crusaders looking likely to take a scoreless draw back to Seaview next Monday, Danny Murphy took a short corner to another sub, Adam Rundle, whose cross was headed home by Morrissey.

Prior to that, good saves from Crusaders goalkeeper Yohann Lacroix, as well a disciplined defensive performance overall had kept Cork at bay.
