Paul Webber, whose late father, John, was successful in the race with Mweenish in 1990, is likely to send over St Mellion Fairway for the £30,000 Burger King Thyestes Handicap Chase at Gowran on Thursday.

Unraced so far this season, St Mellion Fairway, who is at his best on heavy ground, finished fifth in last season's Irish Grand National when trained by David Nicholson.
