LISTOWEL PREVIEW:LAST YEAR'S Lartigue Hurdle threw up an Ebor winner in Sesenta and the cross-code connection could also pay off in Listowel's second day feature with Tilabay for the Willie Mullins-Ruby Walsh team.

Tilabay is having just his third start for Mullins this afternoon, and his first over jumps, but even with 11st 5lb to carry he remains an interesting contender for the €50,000 pot.

His first start for the champion trainer yielded a Wexford maiden win and last time Tilabay dropped back to seven furlongs to run second on the sand at Laytown.

However, he has the experience of four runs over hurdles for Adrian Sexton last winter and form such as a Grade One fourth to Lethal Weapon at Leopardstown last Christmas reads pretty well in this company.

The only one carrying more weight is Jessica Harrington’s No One Tells Me, whose stable companion, Delightful Way, could be a danger after winning her first start over flights at Cork. But Tilabay can be the centrepiece of another successful day for Walsh.

The champion jockey also teams up with a Mullins runner in the Beginners Chase and Compelled can use the experience gained from her fencing debut at Killarney to score.

Osirixamix at his best looks another Walsh mount to check out in the two-mile handicap hurdle while My Lord Oscar can come on from a recent spin over hurdles at Cork to go close for Enda Bolger in the handicap chase.
