TRAINED primary school teachers might consider spending a year in Moscow, teaching in a new English speaking school.

Larry Finnegan, principal of Sutton Park School, Dublin, met a group of Russian teachers recently and then went out to Moscow over Christmas to look at a proposed school.

At present there are two English speaking schools in Moscow and one of these is in the American Embassy and caters for British and American children only. The new private school will cater for both Russian and children of other nationalities. He says that Irish teachers are very well regarded by the Russians. Anyone interested in going to Moscow should contact Larry Finnegan at (01) 832 2940.
