Aston Villa v Stoke City (5.30)Andreas Weimann is in contention for a recall for Aston Villa. The Austrian came off the bench against Liverpool on Saturday, having not trained all week because of an ankle injury.
Stoke manager Tony Pulis has indicated he will utilise some players who did not feature against Wolves on Saturday.
Among them could be defender Andy Wilkinson, who had been nursing a groin complaint in the build-up to Saturday’s game and was not a part of the match-day squad.
Everton v Sunderland (3.0)
Everton midfielders Jack Rodwell and Royston Drenthe could return against Sunderland.
Rodwell (hamstring) and Drenthe, who has been on extended compassionate leave since March 21st, missed out on Saturday’s draw at Norwich .
Séamus Coleman (thigh) came on as a substitute and could start while Leon Osman may also come in .
Sunderland manager Martin O’Neill will give late tests to captain Lee Cattermole, Phil Bardsley and Nicklas Bendtner.
Fulham v Chelsea (8.0, Sky Sports 1)
Fulham will be without Bryan Ruiz after the forward suffered a suspected broken foot at Bolton.
Danny Murphy (illness) could return, and strikers Pavel Pogrebnyak (ankle) and Orlando Sa (hamstring) will hope to be fit.
Chelsea will reassess John Terry, Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole and Ramires.
All four missed Saturday’s last-gasp win over Wigan, with Terry not risked due to his cracked ribs, Lampard (thigh) and Cole (ankle) also injured and Ramires ill.
Newcastle v Bolton (3.0)
Bolton defender Marcos Alonso (calf) will be assessed ahead of the trip to Newcastle.
Full-back Gretar Steinsson (knee) could be in line to return after being among the substitutes for Saturday’s loss to Fulham.
Winger Gregg Wylde is still awaiting clearance, while defender Tyrone Mears (knee), midfielder Stuart Holden (knee) and winger Lee Chung-yong (leg) remain sidelined.
Newcastle manager Alan Pardew is expected to name the same side that beat Swansea on Friday.
Tottehnam v Norwich (3.0)
Gareth Bale is battling to be fit for Tottenham after sustaining a knock late in the goalless draw at Sunderland. Aaron Lennon is almost certain to make his first start in almost a month, while Jermain Defoe could also start and Ledley King is back from a knee injury.
Paul Lambert is likely to rotate his squad. Winger Anthony Pilkington could start after being left out of the squad for Saturday’s draw against Everton and the likes of Simeon Jackson, Andrew Crofts and Zak Whitbread could also be recalled.
