WOMEN'S CRICKET: The India women's squad arrived in Dublin yesterday after a disappointing Tri-Series in Britain when they came last to New Zealand and England, despite being ranked third in the world. They will play three one-day internationals against Ireland, in a series sponsored by One Direct.

The first match will be played tomorrow at Rush, the second at Anglesea Road on Friday, and the third at Fox Lodge CC in the North West on Sunday. Play begins in all three matches at 11.00, and at the end of the series, the Indian squad will be involved in the Schoolgirl Development Coaching Camps at Eglinton CC next Monday, July 29th, and at Stormont on Wednesday July 31st.

The Ireland squad has been reduced to 13 as Isobel Joyce (Merrion) who played against New Zealand, is not available.
