UCD - 3 Waterford Utd - 0 UCD recorded only their third Premier Division victory this season when goals from Pat Sullivan, Mick O'Donnell and Mark Leech gave them a deserved win over Waterford United.
The opening goal came when when defender David Breen failed to properly head clear a Alan Cawley corner on the hour, ánd Sullivan rifled home from 22 yards.
College then made the points safe on 77 minutes when a Cawley free was headed home by the unmarked O'Donnell.
Substitute Mark Leech, a son of former Shamrock Rovers great Mick Leech, scored the third in added time when he fired home from 20 yards.
