BRITAIN’S QUEEN Elizabeth will have a historic runner at Tuesday’s meeting in Killarney when Four Winds runs in a listed race named after the legendary Vincent O’Brien.

Killarney stages what was the August festival at Tralee, and Tuesday evening’s feature will be the re-titled Vincent O’Brien Memorial Ruby Stakes.

Of 25 entries, the stand-out is the Michael Bell-trained Four Winds.

“Jamie (Spencer) is familiar with the course and feels it will suit him,” Bell said. Four Winds missed Epsom but ran sixth at Royal Ascot before finishing fourth to Zacinto at Goodwood.
