Argentina's Buenos Aires rugby team were surprise 31-29 winners over Wales, on Saturday, in the opening game of their four match tour of Argentina.

"Buenos Aires clinched the game with 15 minutes remaining, converting a try, when we were in a good attacking position. That was a very big psychological blow," said Wales coach Graham Henry.

Wales led by 19 points to 14 at the interval, but playing without stars Neil Jenkins and Craig Quinnell, faded out of the game in the second half as the local side took over. Wales play Tucuman tomorrow night but their main aim will be Saturday's first Test against Argentina. Henry knows another stuttering performance will not give them a hope against the Pumas.

Buenos Aires: Albanese; Bartolucci, Orengo, J. Fernandez Miranda, Solari; Cilley, N. Fernandez Miranda; Ostiglia, Camerlinckx, Martin; Ugartemendia, Sporleder; Scelzo, Ledesma, Guatieri.
