Kerins O'Rahillys 1-11 Clonakilty 0-10:KERRY STARS Tommy Walsh and David Moran were given the best possible send-offs before their departure to Melbourne this Wednesday when Kerins O'Rahillys defeated Cork champions Clonakilty at Austin Stack Park, Tralee, yesterday.
Clonakilty did not manage a point from play until the 47th minute and only had two in total, both scored by Conor McManus.
David Moran and his partner Gavin Duffy grabbed the early advantage at midfield for O’Rahillys, who struck for a sixth-minute goal through Barry John Walsh.
They took over completely in the second quarter and were clear at the interval by 1-7 to 0-3.
