Kerry, the Munster champions, can thank their goalkeeper Kieran Cremin for keeping their title intact as he denied Waterford four second-half goals in last night's minor football championship semi-final in Dungarvan.

Waterford led by 1-3 to 0-2 at half-time, the goal coming from Gary Hurney in the 25th minute.
