Camogie Leinster Senior Final:Wexford were crowned Leinster senior champions yesterday thanks to a 0-10 to 1-2 win over Dublin at St Martin's, Piercestown.
A wind-assisted home side lead by 0-8 to 1-0 at half-time, with the lone Dublin score coming from the stick of Sarah Ryan in the 21st minute.
Despite Julie Draper scoring two points for Dublin in the second half, Wexford were outstanding and good displays from Aine Codd, Louise Codd, Caitriona Parrock, Una Lacey and captain Mary Lacey ensured victory.
In Division One B of the National League, Wexford didn't have as much luck, although they held a 2-4 to 1-2 interval, as Limerick staged a second-half comeback to win 3-8 to 2-6.
In the All-Ireland Minor B Championship at Ballinderry, visitors Antrim had a comfortable 4-10 to 1-9 win over Derry. It was 2-5 each from the sticks of Orla McCaul and Rachel McGarry which ensured the comfortable win.
