Wicklow 0-12; Wexford ... 0-10: It took extra-time to separate these two sides at Dr Cullen Park on Saturday. Wexford led 0-6 to 0-3 by half-time, but had full back Mark Gahan dismissed for a second bookable offence. Wicklow took the lead through a David Dillon point but Diarmuid Kinsella forced extra-time with an injury-time reply.
Points from Wicklow's Paddy Dalton and Brian Lennon and a Stephen Sheehan reply left Wicklow 0-11 to 0-10 up at the extra-time break. Derek Daly's point then secured the win as Wexford did not score again.
