Take a bow Sven Struver - excluding the eight players yet to make an appearance in the 1999 Golf Masters the German is our worst value for money player so far, having earned his 342 managers 0.0006 pence per every pound they spent on him (all 2.5 million of them).
The 1998 European Masters winner who has only played in three of our tournaments so far but has missed the cut in every one. His best showing of the year was at the South African Open when he finished fourth, but that's a fat lot of consolation to his aggrieved bosses because the tournament was held three months before our competition got under way.
Stephen Allan and Thomas Bjorn are next on the `worst value list' - Allan's record is the same as Struver's (played three, missed the cut in three) while Bjorn has only made it past the second round in one of the four tournaments he's played so far, as has Darren Clarke, fourth on the list.
Greg Kraft, meanwhile, tops the best value for money list, so far earning 25 pence for every pound spent on him (he cost his managers just £600,000). The American, who was second at the Doral Ryder Open in week one, featured in only 156 teams at registration time but has since been hired by another 282 managers.
Anthony Wall, who had top 10 finishes at the Portuguese Open, in week one, and the Spanish Open last week, is second ahead of £500,000 bargain buys Chris DiMarco and Mark Wiebe.
