John Whyte applied the finish from close range, after strong build-up play from Padraig Corbett.
Pearses had the better of the opening half exchanges, forging into a 0-5 to 0-1 lead after 20 minutes.
They will now face defending champions St Brigid’s, who comfortably beat Elphin in the other semi-final, on October 14th.
