Sir, – Fintan O'Toole concludes his fetishisation theory on corporation tax (Opinion, September 28th) by invoking the dream of Irish patriots for us to "take our place among the nations of the earth". Surely those patriots did not envision us being bullied by several bigger countries instead of just one!
