Sir, – On Tuesday last, I went for an early swim to Portmarnock strand in Dublin. I had occasion to use the toilet facilities situated at the end of the strand. It was a pleasant surprise to find the electric lights working, soap and hand sanitiser in the dispensers, clean toilets, full toilet-roll dispensers, water in the taps and a good hand-dryer in full working order.
