Sir, – I find it extraordinary that landlords whose investment houses are affected by the mica problem expect the Government to bale them out by funding the reconstruction of their investment property.
The Government should instead give the money to the local authority to build new houses for affected tenants.
I wonder whether the Government will help me out by reimbursing me for investment shares I bought that turned out less profitable than I expected?
