Sir, – Every country in the world is responsible for reducing its carbon emissions to help prevent global warming.
There is nothing in our recently announced National Development Plan that seriously addresses this.
What we really need is a “National Reducing Carbon Emissions Plan” to enable us all to be around in 2040!
Otherwise, we need to put together a “National Tragedy Plan”. – Yours, etc,
