Sir, – On reading the most recent list of income tax defaulters, I notice that the counties of Donegal and my own Wexford feature as prominently as they usually do. Yet Dublin, the home of most of the financial sleaze of the last 15 years, escapes relatively unscathed, as usual. Is there an imbalance of tax enforcement nationally? – Yours, etc,
