Sir, – What piece of music is most listened to by the citizens of Ireland? Is it a traditional Irish ditty, or Ed Sheeran, or Happy Birthday?
No, I’d wager that it is the awful repeating piece that callers to Eir are forced to listen to for 30 minutes or more before being answered. I can’t believe that any other company would have so many complainants, or make them wait so long before talking to them.
