Sir, – I refer to Cyril McIntyre's letter (Letters, March 14th) and think his suggestion for the provision of a covered central bus station at the airport is a good one.
Nice airport in the south of France has first-class public transport directly to the airport (tram/bus) costing €1 or train (a 15-minute walk). It also offers free car parking for 15 minutes to facilitate people to “kiss and fly”. What message is DAA trying to convey to its customers?
