Sir, – Today, as usual, I washed out my milk carton and popped it into the recycling bin. Meanwhile, according to your report "Chinese coal interests blamed after scores of new projects lined up" (Business Today, August 14th), "China, the world's biggest coal consumer and source of climate-warming greenhouse gases, announced plans to build 61 new coal-fired power plants".
